Changing table love

Our boy loves his changing pad. This love does not extend to the act of changing though, but really who would like a cold wipe taken to their bum in the middle of the night? He just loves being on it, thanks to the window. When we open the window at the first changing of the morning, his eyes get big and excited. Who knew a changing pad could make a crying baby stop crying? Go figure. Sometimes this parenting thing is so weird.

(we did not plan the matching polka dots on the pad and onesie)

Reasons why we love Daddy

1. He is handsome and hopefully I will look like him someday.

(My shirt says I heart Dad but you can't see it because I wiggle)

2. He likes the projects we do for him, even when they are silly and we make majorly big messes with blue paint.

3. He holds me when I am screaming and Mommy is exhausted and bounces me on the blue ball which makes me happy (and he is good at it).
4. He works hard all day at the academy and then he takes me for a walk when he gets home even when he is really tired.

Happy Father's Day Daddy!

Rocket man

Bryce is a little too small to do anything on his play mat yet but he really likes it when I put the rocket near him and jingle it. Also I just had to post a picture of the outfit.

Deep Thoughts

Hopefully you are not tired of Bryce pictures yet, because we can't help but take hundreds of them. For those of you who still yearn for more, we give you "The Thinker". Perhaps our boy will be a great inventor. Perhaps he is just pondering whether or not he is still hungry (The answer to that is yes-always).

Touchdown Bryce

Our son is a very affirming eater. When he is done he throws up his hands in celebration. We like to call this touchdown Bryce. Apparently I get 6 points for the food and the extra point just for being his favorite mommy.

(I apologize for the not very good quality of this picture but it is a little hard to capture a subject who is in your lap and only does the thing you are trying to take a picture of for maybe 4 seconds. )
