Halloween in 2

Halloween was one of the best days Bryce has had in recent memory, not because it was Halloween, but because it went something like this:

Bryce woke daddy up early (6:20) and then they went out to the garage where Bryce got to pet the "dee" which so far he has been deathly afraid of (see pics to follow for why the deer that sometimes lives in our garage is so scary). Then daddy let Bryce play in his "guck" and even gave him the keys, which is soooo cool. Then they made waffles for breakfast.
Robo-deer: Just as scary as it sounds

After his nap, Bryce and daddy fixed up our bikes and the chariot, which we hadn't used yet due to the hot in Bakersfield. Then daddy, mommy and Bryce took a ride.

After lunch we carved pumpkins. Bryce got to pick what mommy carved into his pumpkin, but since it was too small to do the "guck" he wanted, the guck ended up on my pumpkin and his second choice, a kitty ended up on his. He is rather proud of them both. He also got to play with slimy seeds, about a hundred of which ended up on the floor (thank goodness for the Shark mop)

Check out those killer eyelashes.

Making the cheesy picture face (this picture is in here for a certain person who wants to know why I am never in the blog photos)

Carving pumpkins is the best! (he can't do a thumbs up even though it sure looks like it. He is just trying to hand me a seed that is stuck to his hand)

Wait for it...there's the cheesy face again. Bryce and his pumpkins:

A word of explanation on this pumpkin, since my carving skills were not quite up to the challenge. Sadly for the art world, I have a soft spot for the little guy in the photo at left, so when he says he wants me to put "daddy's guck" on his pumpkin, I aim to please. (That is a bear in the back-it took him a while to explain to Andrew what it was because we didn't let Andrew see it til I was done and Bryce kept telling him it was a doggy. Guess maybe it looks like one)
